Three plans. Per restaurant, with unlimited users and tablets.
Start with the Floor plan if you already have a POS system and don’t want to change it. The real change is having everything together.
Floor
To stop paying per booking and keep your guest list somewhere that’s yours. Works alongside whatever POS system you already have.
- Bookings diary and floor plan
- Public booking page and menu with allergens
- Waiting list and guest profiles with history
- Messages and reminders
- Guest reviews and reports
It doesn’t issue receipts, so Verifactu doesn’t apply.
Service
Orders, kitchen and till for anyone who already handles bookings another way, or doesn’t need them.
- Orders on a tablet, with each dish’s options and allergens
- Kitchen screen by station
- Till, receipts and end-of-day close with a cash count
- Direct printing to thermal printers
- Takeaway and delivery orders, entered by hand
Verifactu included in the fee. It isn’t active yet.
Everything together
All-in-one
Booking, table, order, kitchen, payment and guest profile in a single system: the whole service, as shown in How it works.
- Everything in the Floor plan
- Everything in the Service plan
- The guest profile brings together bookings and spending
- The report that cross-references occupancy with sales
Verifactu included in the fee. It isn’t active yet.
Extras with an external cost, such as SMS or the fee the payment gateway charges on card deposits, are passed on at cost and invoiced.
Installation on your restaurant’s computer or in the cloud, both for the same fee.

Do the maths
How much do you pay for guests who were already yours?
If you take bookings through a platform that charges per cover, you also pay for guests who would have come anyway. Enter your numbers: they come from your invoices, not from us.
How restaurant software charges you
| Aspect | Pasaplatos | Per-cover booking platform | Tiered software |
|---|---|---|---|
| How you pay | A flat fee per restaurant | A charge for every guest who books through the platform | A fee per tier, with modules and setup charged separately |
| If you have a better month | You pay the same | You pay more | You may have to move up a tier |
| Brings you new guests | No | Yes, that’s its strong point | No |
| Connects to the card terminal and delivery platforms | Not yet: delivery orders are entered by hand | Not applicable | Usually |
| Your data | Yours, exportable in one click | On the platform, exportable on its terms | Depends on the contract |
